Short Amateur career was extremely successful as I won the Indian Open Amateur Championship and represented my nation at Eisenhower Cup at Mexico.
I turned professional at the age of 17 earning the prestigious Asian Tour and PGTI card in 2017. As a professional I have had numerous top 10 finishes amd the road ahead looks full of promise.I aspire to grow professionally and win a medal for India at the Olympics.

Gursimran Singh Sethi is a renowned personality in Indian Golf as well as internationally. He turned into a pro golfer at the age of 19 in the year 1998. In the years prior to this, he was India No.3 in the under 15 sub-junior golf category. In 1994 & 1995, Gursimran Singh was a Chandigarh state Junior Golf Champion. This saw him become the JGC champ for two consecutive years. 1999 & 2000 saw him rank 1st on the PGAI (PGA- India) mini tour order of merit, along with a tournament win. At the Professional Golf Federation of Italy, Gursimran had an opportunity to participate in the advanced golf coaching camp where he gained some exceptional knowledge related to the field. India’s then No. 1 Pro golfer – JeevMilkha Singh and Gursimran Singh Sethi had shared the ground for practice, that helped the latter gain insights into the advanced golfing techniques. In 2008, Gursimran Singh became a certified golf instructor for the National Golf Academy of India and it was an uphill route for him since then. In the later years, he went on to be IGU R & A Certified Golf Referee, TPI Certified Level 1, TPI Certified Level 2 Coach for Juniors & a level certified golf teacher for the National golf academy of India. In recent years, he has organized & conducted the junior golf development clinic at Panchkula golf club for The Zai kipgen Trust.
