What items are returnable and exchangeable?

1. Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment
2. In original condition & packaging (tags etc)
3. Unwashed & Unworn
4. Manufacturing defect with the item

1. We provide free return and free exchange.

3. A copy of invoice will be required along with the package for any exchange/return request.
4. Full refund will be provided for any returned products.

How long will the entire process take?

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same and within 72 hours to ensure you receive your refund/ or re-ship the exchanged product.

How will I be refunded for the return?

For refunds, we will credit the paid amount to you paytm/gpay/bank account provided by you.

I haven’t received my refund yet, what should I do?

1. We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
2. If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
