HERO INDIAN OPEN 2023

Highlights:

• The Hero Indian Open is a professional golf tournament. It was established in 1964 as the country’s national golf championship, and since 2015 it has been co-sanctioned by the DP World Tour.
• After being cancelled between 2020 and 2022, the event will make its eagerly-awaited return to the calendar in 2023.
• It is back after a three-year absence with an enhanced prize fund of $2 million for its 2023 edition at the DLF Golf and Country Club
• The reigning champion remains Stephen Gallacher, who won the 2019 edition by 1 stroke ahead of Masahiro Kawamura.
• The winners of the tournament will be awarded the prize money amount as below –

1. 1st prize : 3,40,000 US$
2. 2nd prize : 2,20,000 US$
3. 3rd prize : 1,26,000 US$
