ORGANISER: The Quiz is organized by Athletic Drive Apparel & Management LLP, (here in after referred to as “Athletic Drive”).
ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATING IN THIS QUIZ: The Quiz is open to only amateur golfers other than relatives and employees of Athletic Drive (the Participants) anywhere in India who have completed the age of 18 years of age as on 01-01-2022.
BINDING AGREEMENT: In order to enter the Quiz, entrant must accept the official rules (“Rules”). The Rules consist of: (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) any other terms and conditions if any on the Entry Form or the Quiz page. Please note, in case of any dispute, judgement taken by Athletic Drive management shall be final and binding.
QUIZ COMPETITION: The Quiz will consist of 3 questions for the participants to answer which shall be uploaded on the Instagram handle of Athletic Drive i.e. @athleticdriveofficial on 12.03.2022 at 18:00 p.m. IST.
SELECTION OF WINNER: In order to be eligible for the rewards, an interested participant must send their answers as direct messages to the Athletic Drive Instagram handle by 11:59 p.m. IST on 17.03.2022 as per the format given herein below. The winner will be announced on 18.03.2022 at 18:00 p.m. IST from among the participants based on whoever has provided correct answers to the highest number of questions in the shortest span of time. In case of a tie, the winner be decided on the basis of a lucky draw to be conducted in-camera by the Athletic Drive management team.

PRIZE DETAILS: Subject to handicap rules of the Delhi Golf Club, the winner of this quiz stands a chance to win a participation slot in the Pro-Am event of Delhi Golf Club to be held on 23.03.2022. Accordingly, the winner shall be provided one (1) night stay and breakfast (worth upto INR 5,000 or actual, whichever is less) at a facility chosen by the Athletic Drive management team in Delhi. The winner shall also be provided with hotel transfers from (i) IGI airport and (ii) Delhi Golf Club (Only for non-Delhi/NCR residents). Please note that Athletic Drive shall not cover expenses borne by winner for any flight/rail/road travel to reach New Delhi. Except for the winner, all entrants to the Quiz will be entered into a prize draw and the first 3 names drawn will receive one Athletic Drive Brand T-Shirt each.
CONDITIONS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRIZES TO WINNERS: There is no cash alternative and the prizes must be taken as offered. Athletic Drive reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of an equivalent value should the Quiz prizes become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his/her prize then Athletic Drive reserves the right to award the prize to another winner. Athletic Drive may choose to alter the prize if there are no sufficient entries to qualify for the prize. Athletic Drive reserves the right to award this prize to the next winner or even revoke that prize. Athletic Drive does not assume any responsibility for any products and services offered as prize under the Quiz. And under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in the Quiz be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by Athletic Drive. Except for warranties and conditions implied by law which cannot be excluded, Athletic Drive makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of any prizes awarded under these Rules.
OTHER CONDITIONS GENERAL CONDITIONS: All national, state and local laws and regulations apply. Athletic Drive reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Quiz if, in Athletic Drive sole discretion, it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Quiz by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other Participants, Athletic Drive management or its staff.
PRIVACY: Participants agree that personal data submitted with an entry, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by Athletic Drive, its affiliates and the consultants for the purposes of conducting and administering the Quiz. By entering the Quiz, Participants agree to the transmission, processing, disclosing and storage of this personal data by Athletic Drive, its affiliates and the consultants.
PUBLICITY: By entering the competition, the participants & attendees permit themselves to be photographed/ recorded by electronic, online and print media for telecast, publications & contacted by their given email ids and other display usages of Athletic Drive. Athletic Drive may also collect any information, photograph, video clip etc. from the participant for publication or sharing for the promotional requirement of Athletic Drive. While participating at the Pro-Am event at Delhi Golf Club, winners will also be required to sport Athletic Drive merchandise which shall be gifted to them.
ELIMINATION: Any false information provided within the context of the Quiz by Participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Participant from the Quiz.
INTERNET AND DISCLAIMER: Athletic Drive and its social media consultant are not responsible for any malfunction of the entire Quiz Site or any late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, answers to system errors, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or other telecommunication transmission malfunctions, network connectivity problems, hardware or software failures of any kind.
RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR DISQUALIFY: If for any reason the Quiz is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Quiz, Athletic Drive reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Quiz. Athletic Drive further reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the submission process or any other part of the Quiz.
FORUM AND RECOURSE TO JUDICIAL PROCEDURES: This Quiz is governed by the laws of India, and only the courts of New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising from this Quiz. By participating in this Quiz, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules and by Athletic Drive’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Quiz. If any provision(s) of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Quiz are hereby excluded, and Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
